Albuquerque, NM – Earlier this year, author Chellis Glendinning left New Mexico for Bolivia, a country in which she had spent much time in the past. She told us at the time she has long been attracted to the activism in that country and its fierce independence. Now she brings us a picture of turmoil over a surprising action by the government of Bolivia's indigenous president Evo Morales that has cast a chill over that country's press.
